贺轶洲，国际开发合作学博士。区域国别学硕士研究生导师，参与过世界银行碳中和研究课题。目前就职于浙江师范大学非洲研究院（非洲区域国别学院），职务为助理研究员。主要研究领域为：国际开发合作、援助与发展、发展经济学、国际经济与贸易以及区域金融发展。曾在国内外发表数篇相关领域论文。
