李翌超，女，中共党员，博士。2018年获澳门大学中文比较民事法专业硕士学位。2021年获澳门城市大学葡语国家研究博士学位。2021年9月——2022年9月在里斯本大学学院(Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa)国际关系研究中心进行博士后研究。
